My passion is real estate. It's rare that something you truly enjoy can be considered "work". That is exactly how I feel about helping guide people through every aspect of their real estate transaction. I treat your purchase or sale with the same level of enthusiasm, attention to detail and concern that I do for my own.
My path to becoming an agent and helping others differs from most. The majority of my real estate experience has been gained through buying and selling of my own properties. I purchased my first "flip" house almost 20 years ago, just a couple months after graduating from college. Since that time I have bought, sold and built several million dollars worth of residential homes. Whether it was my personal residence, rental, fixer up, or new construction I have gone through the process many times as a client. I bring a unique prospective to being a real estate agent, I understand exactly what you are going through as I have been in your position many times before.
My purpose as an agent isn't to simply sell your house or find you one to buy, I want to be your advocate and adviser, to assist you every step of the way and to help you avoid any potential issues that may occur. I want to share my knowledge with you so that you can make the best and most informed decisions for yourself and your family. My goal is to build life long relationships and be your valued source for anything real estate related now and in the future. I am available to my clients any time, day or night through email, text or phone.
I am also very proficient with online marketing and advertising and I stay up to date with the latest technology available.
